Brief:-
The pic is taken from

and 
was retouched with flames to give it a burning sensation.
so what is done here using Photshop is 
1.Flames
Firstly flames were made (it was a 3 layer thing)
2. Brush
then Made brush of the flame and named it as"flame brush"
3.Burning scene
Applied the brush at the suitable places to making the scene a burning one
4.Temprature

Used red and yellow tint to raise the temprature as aim was to create burning scene

(Note - Setting the Taylor swift on fire was at the first priority.)

Taylor swift is an amazingly beautiful, charming and pretty singer.
The modification of this pic does not mean any offence to her or any of her fans
I am also one of her great fan.
see sometime we love to play with those (make fun of those) whom we admire most , love most.
Actually it was just a kind of an experiment to see how would the pretty lady would look when she would be on fire
